It's week 38 of the Pet Photography 52 Week Project and the theme is "Change of Seasons". I just WISH the seasons were changing here in the Dallas - Fort Worth metroplex. We're still steaming along with +90 degree days and high humidity. It feels as if Fall - even though it's over in the blink of an eye around here - will never arrive, so it was nice to sneak off to Toronto, Canada earlier this month to photograph some truly awesome canine athletes in the Dogs in Action 3.0 photography workshop with the internationally acclaimed Claudio Piccoli. We lucked out with fantastic weather and cooler temps to keep the dogs - and the photographers - comfortable. It was still pretty green there but in the workshop I learned a retouching technique that will allow me to easily change the color tone and feel of an image so this is my first opportunity to show it off by changing Summer to Fall.
