If you're like every other pet parent out there, you have dozens, if not hundreds of images of your furkids on your phone - but do you have any with you? If you're always behind the camera, you're missing out on capturing the special bond and relationship you have with your pet with a dog and owner photoshoot. How you love to bury your face into the fur of their neck, stroke their soft ears or kiss the top of their nose.
Everyone I know (and I don't think it's just the people I hang around with), considers their dogs a member of the family, so absolutely your family portraits should include the dogs! I've photographed families with multiple dogs and multiple families with multiple dogs; bring it on! It just makes creating those challenging images that much more special.
As we plan your family and pet portrait session, we'll cover all the things that go into making your session a success from how to prepare, what to wear, the best locations to match your vision and more. I'll guide you through every step so you can relax and enjoy the experience - I've got it handled. Haven't thought about how to dress for your pet and family portrait session? Well I have, read about it here. We'll create the kind of images that you never thought possible and as with all of my services, your satisfaction is guaranteed.
After the session, we'll review the best of your images together and discuss any retouching questions. You'll see the product samples available to you and decide how you'd like to enjoy the photographs in your home.
Experience a clean, natural, and minimal studio session on a white backdrop that beautifully highlights the relationship with your pet, capturing authentic expressions and close-ups in the Penny Whistle style - perfect for pet owners seeking elegant color or black and white portraits.
"She is professional, patient, and incredibly kind to work with. She defied all odds with our crazy 2 year old lab and got a one of kind family moment with our dogs. We loved every moment she captured and cannot wait to work with her again!"
- Krista S.
"Tracy was wonderful and was able to direct us through a distracted toddler and a senior dog. Through the chaos, I wasn't sure if we had gotten any good shots, but Tracy was able to get at least 50 wonderful shots that made it so hard to choose from! Highly recommend!"
- Erica R.
"Tracy went above and beyond to meet our (unconventional) request, and she far exceeded our expectations. She is skillful behind a camera, which is especially difficult when you’re capturing pets and children (and sometimes husbands 😆). Her images are high quality, and she will be honest with how to capture the best images (poses, angles, lighting, background, etc.). She is efficient yet thorough, and we are already looking to schedule our next session with her."
- Veronica H.
