I regularly photograph the rescue dogs and cats of Coppell Humane Society, but for some reason Tali has been lingering with the group and CHS asked for a little something extra for her so it was a full-on portrait session at Flower Mound's River Walk area for this week girl!
Tali is a beautiful brindle Labrador, Boxer, and possibly pit mix who is a very affectionate lap dog that just happens to weigh 50 pounds. The vet estimates her to be about a year old and is full of energy, perfect for an active family. She loves to play with her foster family's older children and is often found laying in their laps or nosing a cell phone or iPad out of the way to get their attention.
Her foster family reports that she gets along with both small dogs and dogs more her size but is rambunctious and full of energy so would do best with dogs more her energy level and not an older playmate who might not appreciate her playfulness. She is still learning manners and will benefit from training and regular exercise. She knows "sit", is crate-trained and has had no accidents in her kennel.
Ok, so that's her background done, now can we talk about that smile?
