It's hard to see your beloved pet get old. To slow down. To no longer be able to jump up on the bed or maybe start to loose their eyesight, or hearing. The one great fault of our pets is that they're never with us long enough, that's why I think it's incredibly important to photograph your pets while you still have them with you and create memories that will last a life time and will bring you solace after they're gone.
I created Silver Sessions to honor the silver and gray muzzles in our lives. Whether your pet is simply aging, or perhaps you recently received a diagnosis that will limit the time you have left with them - don't wait. DON'T WAIT. Tomorrow is never guaranteed. You want to remember your dog as they always were, not near the end when they're a shadow of their former selves.
Silver Sessions are especially geared toward keeping your elder pet comfortable so are often held at your home or a familiar, nearby park, or in the quiet, air conditioned comfort of my studio in historic Old Town Carrollton.
We take things easy; no hurrying and we don't ask your pet to do anything that might cause stress. The goal is make lasting memories that you can enjoy for the rest of your life. I want to capture that silly look that melts your heart, or the way you always cuddle when you come home from work or the way they close their eyes in total bliss when you scratch "that spot".

Courtney Bryson - "I've never had a client tell me they regretted scheduling a portrait session, only that they regretted waiting too long and missing the opportunity to do so. " What a perfect quote.
