Finally. 2020 is behind us and we have the hope and potential that only a new year can bring. 2021 has been a bit more anticipated than most. This year will bring about a few changes for me and my Carrollton studio, but I'll reveal those in due time; just know there's some exciting stuff on the horizon!
This year marks my 4th consecutive year participating in the 52 Week Pet Photography Project and I hope to successfully post every week again this year, maintaining my streak of never missing a week; wish me luck. I find inspiration from the other photographers in the group, a collection of kind and talented pet photographers from around the world.
It's New Years Day and it's the first post of the Pet Photography 52 Week Project and the theme for this first week of 2021 is "beginnings" so I thought a puppy, just a few weeks old, so tiny and curly with that sweet milk breath that humans can't get enough of...she's just beginning her life.
I know my dog training classes will be filled with Christmas puppies in January so it's one of my favorite times of the year. Watching a family bond with their new family member and the puppy quickly catching on to new concepts to the amazement of their humans is pretty darn special. From my pack to yours, Happy New Year!
