Springtime in Texas means the arrival of our state flower, the bluebonnet. Everyone says that you're not a true Texan until you've had your portraits taken in the bluebonnets, and that goes for dogs too! I recently photographed Layla the Corgi at one of my "go-to" fields in the Dallas - Fort Worth metroplex on a bright and sunny day. There's a reason that Corgis are taking over the Internet, I mean just look at her!
I don't just photograph pups in the bluebonnets, I've photographed a cat, horses and of course children and families. They're only here for a short while and then the petals start to drop and the weeds overtake them (they are a wild flower after all). If you've always wanted your pet's portrait in the bluebonnets, contact me to be on my mailing list and be notified when I start booking sessions in the spring. I have a list of fields from Plano to Carrollton to Arlington, so chances are I know a great location near you!
